When will my order arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days. Shipping generally takes an additional 5 to 7 business days, depending on your location. If your delivery is delayed beyond this timeframe, feel free to contact our support team.

How do I find my tracking number?
As soon as your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be emailed to you automatically. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see it. Please note that tracking links may take a little time to become active.

How can I track my order?

How can I return an item?
To initiate a return, please email us at info@ivora.uk with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible with instructions.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we may be able to update the address. Please email us promptly with your name, order number, and the new delivery address. Once the order has been dispatched, address changes may not be possible.

What if I receive a damaged item?
We apologise for the inconvenience. Please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. We’ll do our best to resolve it promptly.

What if my order is incomplete or arrives damaged?
